After my registration in the security training website wherein I enrolled and pay online my training on Door supervisor plus mandatory First aid. Immediately thereafter, I received an email and the link to browse for the said training. As you browse the link, you can read the guidelines of what to do in the training on Door supervisor at Hammersmith road. A home study is encourage to do prior to the training schedule.As you go on to the link of the training, you are encourage to download and read the course book on the training,, completing the workbook, if you have not completed the ACT training, you are encourage to finish before starting the door supervisor taining. Also the requirements that need to bring during the first day of training is indicated in the link. The do's and don'ts is also reminded in the link during the course of training.A quick links was given to browse in preparation for the training instruction. As I go on to my home study, I read first the ACT , it is a free e-learning online specialised counter terrorim awareness that provide up to date knowledge to help security operatives prepare and and respond in case of terrorist incident happen in his workplace or anywhere he is to immediately respond. Afterwhich, I studied the principles of working in the private security industry as door supervisor, the application of conflict management in the private security industry,as well as the problem solving techniques and communication to de-escalate conflict, the physical Intervention skills, its legal and professional implication of using physical intervetion .Normally, physical intervention is used as last resort. Also taught in the home study is the principles and practice of working as CCTV operators within the private security Industry, its legislation impacts on the public space surveillance operation. After reading all the course book and answering the given workbook and initial assessment in the link, I learned a lot and something new and very interesting. I found the modules are engaging and passionate, it was a new intersting knowledge and information that really got my attention to study more. The home study is very excellent for a security operative who wants to work in the private security industry.

Dear Managment, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent delivery of the Refresher Door Supervisor Course at A4Security, specifically the session I attended over the weekend at Wembley. During the second day of the course, I encountered an issue that I believe the administration was already aware of. For example, during the training sessions, I encountered instances where derogatory remarks were directed at me, causing unnecessary discomfort. Additionally, during the physical intervention training, I successfully completed my attempts but was asked to repeat them multiple times due to errors made by my partner. Furthermore, there were occasions when I was singled out in front of the other learners, with remarks suggesting that I was unfit to work as a door supervisor. Despite these challenges, I am grateful that these issues were eventually resolved. I believe it's crucial to address such incidents to ensure a respectful and supportive learning environment for all participants. Furthermore, management needs to bear in mind that pupils are subjected to special education needs. However, upon completing the course and returning to the waiting area after a brief visit to the restroom, I encountered another issue. Few individuals who arrived after me began arguing that they were ahead of me in the queue, despite my prior presence. Even exam invigilator knows that I finish exam first. Unfortunately my attempts to explain the sequence of events fell on deaf ears. This lack of proper queue management led to unnecessary tension and frustration.Implementing effective queue management strategies would prevent incidents like the one I experienced and ensure fairness for all learners. I am raising these concerns not only for my own benefit but also in the hope that they will be addressed to prevent others from experiencing similar difficulties in the future. As a learner, I understand the importance of minimizing anxiety and maximizing productivity during training sessions, and I believe that addressing these issues will contribute to a more positive learning environment for all participants. I kindly request that these concerns be brought to the attention of A4Security management for further review and consideration. The DS training session by 1 A For Security was well managed, well-structured, and the delivery was very engaging and interactive. It provided a good balance of theory and practical exercises. The trainers were very approachable and created a positive learning environment. For me, it presented a great opportunity to learn new skills. The D/S Top Up course was highly informative with excellent trainers over the entire two day course . The SIA received my Certificate within 10 days and I am now awaiting my full D/S SIA license-all thanks to A4 Security.

The trainers are very efficient and explained the course in detail.
