Mental Health Awareness

Our mental first-aid awareness courses take a uniquely Practical approach to creating competent and confident workplace first-aiders who can spot the signs and symptoms and respond to the psychological and physical needs of a person experiencing a mental health issue.

We run a four-hours on-site course for beginners and  two days Nuco accredited course for those seeking a more in-depth understanding of mental health. The classes are designed to give learners a greater sense of mental health and how to be more empathetic and supportive of people experiencing mental ill health in the workplace.

Refreshments and a welcome pack are supplied for each course, and a certificate of achievement is presented to you at the end of the course.
