The SIA Refresher Door Supervisor course is a 2 days training, the course starts every week Saturday and finishes on Sunday. The course fee is £120. There is an additional charge of £50 for mandatory First Aid training if you do not hold a valid First Aid qualification. Security Industry Authority (SIA) has made the Emergency First Aid at Work training a prerequisite qualification for joining the Refresher Door Supervisor course. The total cost of your Refresher Door supervisor and First Aid training is £170. The 2 days Refresher Door Supervisor training includes First Aid training. After the training, you will receive your certificates in 7- 10 days and then you need to apply for the SIA badge for renewal.

Normally we receive the result or certificate in 7-10 days from your exam date and we will inform you via email or SMS as soon as we receive your results or certificate.
You have the choice to collect the certificate physically from the training centre. We may post the certificate to you via recorded delivery upon request. We will retain your certificate for up to 8 weeks and we will not accept any liability if you fail to collect your certificate within the allocated period.
